According to Article 5, Decree 42, the website or web portal of a State agency is a unified and centralized information supply channel for State agencies in the cyber environment.

In addition, based on specific conditions, the State agencies can deploy other information supply channel for organizations, individuals in the cyber environment. Specifically:

- Data portal at the level of Ministry, province:

+ Data portal at the level of Ministry is a component of Ministries’ web portal, Ministerial agency, Government agencies and is integrated to the national data portal;

+ Data portal at the level of provnce is a component of web portal of People’s Committee and is integrated to the national data portal.

- Social network provides information on cyber environment that permitted by the State agencies;

- Email;

- Mobile apps provide information in the cyber environment that permitted by the State agencies, deployed centrally, uniformly and generally used within the scope of Ministries and localities.

- Call center.
