25 social security offices of provinces and minicipalities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city, Nghe An, Dong Nai, An Giang, Hai Duong, Kon Tum, Dak Lak, Tieng Giang, Ben Tre, Quang Nam, Khanh Hoa, Binh Dinh, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, can Tho, Quang Ngai, Ca Mau, Vinh Phuc, Hue, Vinh Long, Tra Vinh, Binh Phuoc, Ninh Binh, Quang Tri.

Accordingly, based on authorized contract’s content between VSS and PVI, local social security offices sign the authorized contract on the social and health insurance collection with provincial PVI under regulation in Decision No 1155/QD-BHXH before Jun 10^th 2022; at the same time, developing voluntary social insurance participants and househole health insurance participants, speed up, support provincial PVI to deploy and implement missions.

Before, based on legal regulation on social insurance, health insurance; VSS General Director’s Decision No 115/QD-BHXH dated May 12^th 2022 on issuing operational management regulations of social and health insurance collection service organization, on May 19^th 2022, VSS and PVI signed the collecting social and health insurance  authorization contract No 02/2022/BHXHVN-PVI on jointly deploying collection, developing voluntary social and health insurance participants, household health insurance via 28 member units under PVI in 25 provinces, centrally-run cities.
