VSS’ General Director to have citizen reception, resolve social and health insurance participants’ regime

On April 20th 2022, in VSS’ head office (150 Vong Street, Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi), VSS’ General Director Nguyen The Manh chaired the periodical citizen reception. Leader and specialists from: Inspectorate Department, Department of Social Insurance Implementation, Department of Social Insurance Implementation, Department of Contribution Collection - Social Insurance Book and Health Insurance Card answered questions and guided citizen.
At the citizen reception, Manh listened to citizen’s complaint, reflection related to social and health insurance policy implementation. Those are benefits on 5 continuous year participation; records, dossiers on social and health insurance contribution; primary HI healthcare registration in case household, residence… are changed.

Grasping citizens’ problem, aspiration as well as related professional units’ opinion, VSS’ General Director Nguyen The Manh directly answered, explained and guided citizens’ contents on complaint, petition and reflection. General Director immediately exchanged some cases with leaders of social security offices in provinces, districts to have guidance, direction to resolve difficulties as well as explain to citizens suitably.
In case the matter needs verifying, VSS’ General Director assigned related units to quickly check, resolve and timely answer ctizen under law’s regulation, guarantee objectiveness, democracy, benefits for participants to enjoy social and health insurance policy.
Beside the citizen reception, exchanging with related units on meeting citizens, VSS General Director Nguyen The Manh required units to strengthen coordination to better implement citizen reception working; strictly follow Government’s laws and regulations on this field as well as VSS’ process of citizen reception, resolving the complaint, denouncement, petition, reflection. Principles need guaranteeing: respect, create favorable condition to citizen, organs, organizations to implement complaint, denouncement, petition, reflection; guarantee secret information, parties’ legal rights and benefits; guarantee equality on citizen reception, resolving complaint, denouncement, petition, reflection; to actively talk, mobilize, convince citizens to thoroughly resolve and remove citizens’ complaint and press; the resolution process must be publicized in order to limit the backlog of complaint letters, avoid being beyond authority and arising hotspot to protect the State’s interests, citizens’ legal right and interests.
Over the past years, VSS’citizen work of receiving citizen, handling complaints and denounciations has made a lot of positive changes. Thanks to VSS’ leaders’ attention and direction, citizens’ complaints and denunciation has been resolved effectively and timely, citizens’ benefits under social and health insurance’s policies and regimes have been ensured; some lengthened complaints, denouncements have been basically resolved which contributes to ensuring social security.
