With this result, VSS industry nearly completed the deployment of Government’s Resolution 116 and PM’s Decision 28 on policies on supporting employees and employers affected by Covid-19 pandemic.

Attention for employees: suggestion dossier on supporting employees stopping UI participation is expired on Dec 20^th 2021.

Specifically, under the regulation of PM’s Decision 28/2021/QĐ-TTg, employees  who sopped UI participation with the elligible reservation time and want to receive support from UI fund implement procedure on suggesting social security agencies in provinces/ communes to receive the support. This group’s support suggestion is expired at the end of Dec 20^th 2021. VSS has to complete benefits payment for employees before Jan 1^st 2021.

Under the regulation of PM’s Decision 28/2021/QD-TTg, after Nov 30^th 2021, employees participating UI have not yet received the support from UI fund, they have to implement dossiers on suggesting to receive support from UI fund by themselves (the same as dossier on support suggestion for employees used to participate and in the process of  UI time reservation) to receive support.
