At the same time, Hanoi Social Security Office requests People’s Committee of communes, wards, towns to timely inform units, enterprises, employees in Hanoi on the following contents:

Regarding employees participating unemployment insurance as of Sept 30^th 2021 (excluding employees at state agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, armed units and public-non business units whose recurrent expenditure is guaranteed by the state budget), VSS requires units, enterprises to promptly check,  compare personal information, unemployment insurance participation process on Sample 01 sent by social security agency; supplement information (if any) and supply employee’s bank account information to receive support; at the same time send employees’ support suggestion dossier according to Sample 02, 03 to social security sample to social security agency (place the employee is participating in).

Regarding employees who have stopped unemployment insurance due to termination of their labor contract  or working contract during period from Jan 1^st 2020 to Sept 30^th 2021 and their unemployment insurance participation time is reserved under law’s regulation on employment, excluding people enjoying monthly pension, it is necessary to promptly  inform and provide personal bank account information according to sample 04 and send to social security agency. Receiving time is latest by the end of Dec 20^th 2021.

Employees, employers could use one of transaction form with social security agency such as: submitting dossier online via service organizations I_VAN, National Public Service Portal, VSS’ Public Service Portal, VssID app; submitting via post office or directly submmiting to Social Security agency.

As of Nov 9^th 2021, Hanoi Social Security Office has paid VND 3,386 billion to 1,386,586 employees participating unemployment insurance and 69,039 employees stopping unemployment insurance participation (reserved).
