Speaking at the event, Le Manh Hung, deputy head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Publicity and Education propaganda and training commission, recognised and applauded efforts of the Viet Nam Communist Party News Outlet in collaboration with the Department of Labour to publish the bulletin “Employment – from policy to application” to raise awareness of people about policies and regulations in terms of employment and labour. These policies are expected to make important changes in society, create jobs, improve living standards and incomes.

Le Van Thanh, deputy minister of MOLISA, said the bulletin “Employment – from policy to application” had to report on the role and applications of employment policies in daily life. The bulletin cannot be a one-way communication, yet has to become the platform for discussions and debates of academia and workers which help policy-makers, especially the Department of Employment and MOLISA, to recognise issues and improve policies regarding employment, the labour market, unemployment insurance and labour management in accordance with the country’s social and economic development orientations in the new context.
