Step 1: For health insurance-covered medical examination and treatment establishments In the first 15 days of each month, a health insurance-covered medical care provider shall send dossiers of request for payment of health insurance-covered medical care costs of the preceding month to the social insurance agency, made according to Forms No. C79a-HD, C80a-HD, 19/BHYT, 20/BHYT, 21/BHYT, (together enclosed with data files via the Internet); Step 2: For social insurance agency Within 30 days after receiving dossiers of settlement report from a medical examination and treatment establishment, the social insurance agency shall notify the latter of the assessment result and the settled health insurance-covered medical care costs, which cover actual medical care costs within the scope and levels of health insurance benefits; In the following 10 days, the social insurance agency shall organize the signing of report on settlement of health insurance-covered medical care costs, made according to Form No. C82-HD enclosed with Circular No. 178/2012/TT-BTC and complete such payment to the medical examination and treatment establishment.
