The Health Insurance Law stipulates that all citizens have the right to participate in health insurance and enjoy benefits. Participants are reimbursed by the health insurance fund for unlimited medical examination and treatment costs within the scope and level of coverage, which can amount to billions of VND per year. Additionally, the fund fully covers all health insurance examination and treatment costs according to regulations, without any age, duration of treatment, or total cost limitations.
