The National Assembly Committee for Social Affairs recently held its seventh plenary session in Ho Chi Minh City. At the meeting, participants discussed a Government report about the management and use of the health insurance fund in 2021. On October 5, Director General of Vietnam Social Security (VSS) Nguyen The Manh had a working session with the Social Security of the Central Highlands’ Dak Nong Province on the implementation of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies in the first nine months of the year and working out tasks for the remaining months. In attendance included leaders of certain VSS units.

On Oct 5th, Vietnam Social Security (VSS) organized online training conference on handling administrative violation knowledge of social and health insurance contribution. Deputy General Director Le Hung Son chaired and had a speech on directing the conference. Attending the conference are representatives of Inspectorate Department, Legal Department, Department of Contribution Collection - Social Insurance Book and Health Insurance Card; leaders of social security in provinces/cities and public servants in charge of inspectorate.
