As in the plan, Director of Hanoi Social Security Office required civil servants and employees to determine preventing and controlling the epidemic as the urgent task, uphold the sense of responsibility, observe administrative discipline and regulations on epidemic prevention and control; response promptly, suitably and effectively to  all situations.

To implement promptly and flexibly tasks that ensure the interests of units, enterprises, participants under the regulation, especially, those related to implementation of enterprises and participants supporting policy, people facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 epidemic under the direction of Government and the Vietnam Social Security. Pension and social insurance benefits must be paid promptly to new beneficiaries from Aug. 1^st 2021 and 100% of beneficiaries are required to receive through ATM accounts in order to ensure Covid -19 epidemic prevention and control. In the special case where beneficiaries could not receive the money through ATM accounts with, the agency shall cooperate with Hanoi Post Office, People’s Committee in districts, communes and towns to come and pay at receivers’ home.

To temporarily suspend receiving dossiers and delivering results at “One – stop-shop” during 15 days from 6 AM on Jul 24^th 2021, at the same time, continue to receiving dossiers and delivering results by post office service. Organizations, units, enterprises and individuals shall implement receiving – delivering electronic dossiers via Post.
