Guidance and propagation on the re-issuance of health insurance cards on the National Public Service Portal

Vietnam Social Security has just issued Official Letter No. 4617/BHXH-IT and sent to social insurance authorities of provinces and cities on connecting procedures of re-issuance of health insurance cards due to damage and loss to the National Public Service Portal.

Accordingly, implementing Official Letter No. 10928/VPCP-KSTT dated November 29, 2019 of the Government Office on connecting, integrating the official system with the National Public Service Portal, Vietnam Social Security in coordination with the Government Office and related units upgraded the Social Insurance electronic transaction system integrated with the National Public Service Portal to carry out the re-issuance of health insurance cards due to damage or loss.

 

To well carry out this connection, Vietnam Social Security requires directors of social insurance agencies of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government to direct the implementation of procedures for re-issue of health insurance cards due to damage or loss (process code 612a) in accordance with current business process.

 

In addition, the social insurance authorities of provinces and cities should propagate and guide organizations and individuals to conduct electronic transactions for individuals through the National Public Service Portal at https: dichvucong. gov.vn. In the course of implementation, if any problem arises, the social insurance of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall contact Vietnam Social Security (the focal point is the Information Technology Center, phone number 0243.7753944) for guidance and settlement. /.
