The VSS Zalo account is the official communication channel of VSS, providing information on social, health, and unemployment insurance

After more than two year- pilot, the VSS Zalo official account has attracted over 59,000 followers and posted nearly 1,000 news, articles, reports, and new communication products (videos, motion, infographic, etc.). This app has contributed to the widespread dissemination of social, health and unemployment insurance policies, as well as information on the industry’s activities.

According to VSS’General Director’s Dicision, VSS’ Zalo Official Account is accessible at https://zalo.me/bhxhvietnam, is the industry’s official information channel which provides comprehensive and timely updates on the Party and State’s policies regarding social, health and unemployment insurance. Additionally, people and businesses can ask questions related to social, health and unemployment insurance policies, and receive advice and responses from Vietnam Social Security.

The Management Board of the VSS’ Zalo official account is established by decision of the General Director and is responsible to the General Director for all activities of the Vietnam Social Security Zalo account in accordance with current laws and regulations.

According to the Decision, the Media Center is assigned as the standing unit of the Management Board of the Vietnam Social Security Zalo account, responsible for managing the communication content. The Information Technology Center takes in charge of coordinating with Media Center to ensure the technique, safety, and security of the Vietnam Social Security Zalo account. The affiliated units of Vietnam Social Security and the provincial and municipal social security offices are responsible for regularly providing information, participation, interaction, and responding to inquiries from users based on their functions and duties, ensuring the continuous operation of the Vietnam Social Security Zalo account.
