Implementing Resolution No 50/NQ-CP dated April 8, 2022 of the Government and the direction of the Prime Minister at the conference to review the one-year implementation of Project 06 and summarise the performance of the National Committee on digital transformation in 2022, to promote digital transformation and encourage people to use digital signatures in electronic administrative procedures, VSS is pioneering in implementing integrated remote signing into the Data Receipt Portal of the Health Insurance Assessment Information System and the Public Service Portal.

Currently, digital transformation is taking place strongly across the country, digital signatures have become an important part of digital infrastructure, helping to ensure the safety of transactions in the digital environment.

Along with digital signing solutions for organisations and individuals that have been used such as HSM, Token, and Sim PKI, VSS has successfully integrated a remote signing solution for organisations and individuals to help them easily register and use digital signatures on mobile devices to perform administrative and public service procedures provided by the VSS. With Remote Signing, users do not need USB Tokens like traditional digital signatures. Moreover, users can use smartphones and tablets to get e-signatures anytime, anywhere.

With the successful integration of the remote signing solution in particular and efforts in the application of information technology and digital transformation in general, VSS hopes to bring more utilities, improve service quality, and reduce time and costs for organisations and individuals when they deal with social security agencies, as well as contribute to the successful development of an e-Government towards a digital government.
