Accordingly, in the implementation process, because of the operation of Agribank’s transaction system based on the working days prescribed by the Labor Law – employees must not to work on  Sundays and public holidays, there are transactions of social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI) and unemployement insurance (UI) payments on these days, Agribank ‘s transaction system will account the VSS accounts on the next working day.

VSS recommends that the participants temporarily do not pay SI, HI and UI premiums through the Agribank system on Sundays and public holidays until further notice.

The accounting mentioned above will impact on the interests of SI, HI and UI participants when making online payment on Sundays and public holidays, such as: In case of the participants have to pay on Sunday, public holidays that coincides with the expiration date of HI card, the delay in accounting for payment date will interrupt the HI value according to the HI Law; In case of Sundays or public holidays coincides with the last day of the month, the bank cannot properly account on time, therefore, the accounting on the 1^st of the following month will generate interest on late payment according to the regulations of the SI Law.

In conclusion, in order to solve these problems, ensure the participants’ money transaction to VSS account on time, VSS recommends that the participants temporarily do not pay SI, HI and UI premiums through the Agribank system on Sundays and public holidays until further notice./.
