The conference consists of 5 topics to equip propaganda, advocacy and persuasion skills in the implementation of social and health insurance policies in the form of small groups, online, or social networks; skills in editing and producing modern media products with 2 lecturers from the Academy of Journalism and Communication, Dr. Vu Hoai Phuong and MSc Dinh Ngoc Son.

At the opening of the conference, Deputy General Director of VSS Dao Viet Anh said, identifying communication as one of the most important tasks in the implementation of policies and laws on social and health insurance, over the past time, the Vietnamese social insurance industry always has innovative solutions that are turning points in communication, promptly meeting practical requirements. The communication activities of the VSS are deployed professionally and flexibly, mobilizing the participation of Party committees, authorities at all levels, agencies and units from central to local levels in good implementation of propaganda and dissemination of social, health and unemployment insurance policies to officials, party members and the people. Important contributions to this work are the efforts, creativity, innovation and responsibility of the social security agencies of the provinces and cities.

Lecturer Vu Hoai Phuong shared some topics at the Conference

“And in order to build and develop a more professional communication team, the VSS regularly organizes training conferences to provide this team with the necessary content and skills in implementing communication activities, thereby contributing to improving the quality of communication at the grassroots. Today's conference also aims at the same goal," - Deputy General Director Dao Viet Anh shared, and asked the students to be serious, focus on listening to lectures, actively interact and exchange ideas with the lecturers to well acquire knowledge and skills to apply in consulting and task performance.

At the conference, Lecturer Vu Hoai Phuong conveyed two topics including communication skills, advocacy and persuasion in the implementation of policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance; and ways to improve the effectiveness of oral communication and mass mobilization in direct communication in small groups to each citizen.
