Since Nov 2020 until now, VssID application is being always improved, upgraded. VssID-Digital Social Security is VSS’ product of digital tranformation ecosystem serving people. With this application, social, health and unemployment participants and policy beneficiaries could:

-Use health insurance card on VssID app for medical examination and treatment at healthcare facilities signing contracts with VSS agency; update information on health insurance card, benefits and history of medical examination and treatment.

- Watch for social, health and unemployment participation process; entitlement information on social insurance regimes (monthly, one-time, sickness-maternity allowance, recovery, work injuries -  occupational diseases insurance);

- Support to search: social insurance code; social secutity agency; healthcare facilities with health insurance contract; units participating social insurance; voluntary social and health insurance collection sites and agencies…

- Implement VSS’ online public service for individual.

• Support online 24/7: chatbot – answering machine, support hotline 1900.9068, email, popular questions, reflecting, suggesting to VSS agency;
• Watch for VSS’ news; information on regime, social, health and unemployemnet insurance policy; guidance on application usage;guidance on  public service implementation, online payment service.

Especially, in order to facilitate foreigners working, participating social, health insurance in Vietnam could use VssID app easily, VSS deploys, integrates 5 languages including: Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese langguage.

Currently, the entire country has more than 21 million people loading and registering VssID account.
