On October 17, in Hanoi, in response to the movement named ‘The whole nation joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind’ launched by the Prime Minister. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee in coordination with the Central Steering Committee for the National Target Programme and the Vietnam Television to organize the program called ‘The whole nation joins hands for the poor’ in 2020.
