More than VND 51 trillion paid for social and unemployment insurance beneficiaries in Jan 2023
Up to Jan 30th 2023, Viet Nam Social Security (VSS) funded more than VND 51 trillion for social security offices in 63 provinces and cities nationwide to pay social and unemployment insurance benefits for participants. Of the funding, social security offices in the provinces and cities cooperated with provincial post offices to pay more than VND 30 trillion as pension and social insurance benefits in January and February for nearly 3.3 million beneficiaries.

Adjustment coefficients of monthly salaries, incomes for which paid social insurance premiums are based
The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs has released Circular No 01/2023/TT-BLĐTBXH, specifying coefficients for the adjustment of monthly salaries and incomes for which social insurance premiums have been paid. The provisions are applicable as of January 1, 2023.
