In order to serve the community better and better, Vietnam Post has mobilized all employees and employees to urgently propagate and create groups on technology applications between postal staff and customers about registering for card renewal online by post. Post offices and service sites have arranged hotlines with Zalo/Viber applications installed so that tellers can easily receive documents as well as support and advise people on how to register to buy cards or to participate in voluntary social insurance via online format.
