Employees may choose one of the following methods to correct missing data on VssID:

Visit the local social security office  to have their information reviewed and updated. They need to bring their ID card, social insurance number, and  working history documents (if any).

Report to the human resource departments and they update records and submit to the Social Security offices for verification.

Submit feedback via the National Public Service Portal by selecting “Feedback and Recommendations,” describing the period of missed data and providing their social insurance number so the case can be processed under regulation.

To check their social insurance contribution history, employees can log into the VssID app, select “Participation Record” at “Personal Management” and then view details at “Social Insurance” The system will display contribution history, late payment periods, employer imformation, detailed and monthly premium contribution. VssID applies to accounts registered for electronic transactions, and each account can be logged in on only one device at a time.

When requesting the addition of missing contribution periods, laborers should prepare the regulated information and documents to speed up verification. Screen shot image of their participation record on VssID, especially the periods with missing data help VSS’ officers clearly identify the issue.
