The Ministry of Health has just published Circular No. 13/2019/TT-BYT and Circular No. 14/2019/TT-BYT to unify prices for medical examination and treatment services covered by health insurance among hospitals of the same class. Accordingly, from August 20, 2019, some prices for medical examination service, prices for hospital stay, prices for tests ... will increase by 2% - 10%.

The Supreme People’s Court on August 16, 2019 in Ha Noi announced Resolution No 05/2019/NQ-HĐTP dated August 15, 2019 by the Supreme People’s Court’s Council of Judges guiding the implementation of Article 214 on social insurance and unemployment insurance fraud, Article 215 on health insurance fraud and Article 216 on evading payment of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance for workers under the Criminal Code.
