The social security agencies in 11 southern provinces, known as Cluster 8, including Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, An Giang, Kien Giang, Can Tho, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, and Ca Mau, on August 26 voiced difficulties in increasing the participants of social/health and unemployment insurance as well as obstacles in implementing policies on medical examination and treatment covered by the health insurance fund.
