The government wants people and businesses to activate National Public Service accounts

Minister, Head of Government Office Mai Tien Dung has just sent an open letter to individuals, organizations and the business community on the use of the National Public Service Portal. The Minister wanted the people and businesses to create accounts and use the National Public Service Portal.

Minister and Head of the Government Office – Mr. Mai Tien Dung recalled the event of the opening of the National Public Service Portal on December 9 and wished to create an electronic bridge that is "practical, continuous, effective" to connect the Government with people and businesses.

The National Public Service Portal is the focal point for providing information, supporting the implementation of online public services and receiving feedbacks and recommendations related to administrative procedures in all sectors and fields, at all localities.

At the time of inauguration, the National Public Service Portal focused on integrating 8 public services, in which people can perform 05 services, including (1) Change driving license; (2) Issue an international driving license; (3) New power supply from low-voltage grid; (4) New power supply from medium voltage grid; (5) Reissue health insurance card due to damage or loss; businesses can perform 06 services as (1) Notice of promotional activities; (2) Registration of promotional activities; (3) New power supply from low-voltage grid; (4) New power supply from medium voltage grid; (5) Reissue health insurance card due to damage or loss; (6) goods certification group (19 administrative procedures).

In the first quarter of 2020, the National Public Service Portal will increase by 15 public services closely related to the lives of people and businesses and continue to increase according to the schedule approved by the Prime Minister.

According to Minister Mai Tien Dung, in order for the National Public Service Portal to operate smoothly, serving people and businesses in a practical and effective manner, it is necessary to join hands not only with online public service providers, but what is more important is the concern of people, businesses - beneficiaries, who are also direct users of the system.

Minister Mai Tien Dung emphasized the desire that every citizen, every business creates an account and uses the National Public Service Portal - the main communication channel in transactions with state administrative agencies and other public service providers to enjoy the rights, benefits and utilities provided by the National Public Service Portal. "We always listen to your comments so that together with ministries, branches and localities to improve the public service portal system better to serve people and businesses," the Minister said.
