A national conference was held recently to review the National Target Programme on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for 2021–2025 and set directions for 2026–2030. The meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, was connected online with 34 provinces and cities nationwide.
