PM to attend high-level forum on the fourth industrial revolution

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will co-chair and deliver a guiding speech at the fourth annual high-level forum on the fourth industrial revolution, which is scheduled to be held at the National Convention Centre in Hanoi on June 14.
The annual event, hosted by the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission, comprises four seminars.
The high-level plenary session of the forum will begin on the afternoon of June 14, and will be co-chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission Tran Tuan Anh, and representatives of the National Assembly.

The forum in 2023 has the theme on promoting digital transformation, rapid green transformation, creating breakthroughs, and shortening the process of industrialisation and modernisation of the country by 2030, with a vision to 2045.
The forum is also associated with assessing the implementation of Resolution No.52, dated September 27, 2019, which features a number of guidelines and policies on actively participating in the fourth industrial revolution; and Resolution No.23, dated March 22, 2018, on orientations to develop national industrial policies to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
