Viet Nam does not sacrifice social justice and progress to pursue mere economic growth, and cultural development is on par with economy, politics and society.

"I firmly believe that with the spirit of youth, today's young generation will overcome difficulties and challenges like our forefathers did, and nothing will hinder the development of our youth," the leader shared.

He said that the Party and State identified education, science, and technology as the top national policy and that the responsibility of the Party and the State, each young person's efforts are the most important thing.

"...With limited resources, we must use them by the country's conditions and circumstances, promote the spirit of self-reliance from difficulties to rise and develop each person's creative capacity and applied thinking", said the Prime Minister.

The leader requested to build a solid and prosperous country based on internal strength as a fundamental, strategic, long-term and decisive factor. The internal strength consists of three main pillars: people, nature and heroic historical and cultural traditions.
