Promoting the role of schools and businesses in high-quality vocational skills training

On May 20, in Hanoi, the signing ceremony of cooperation in development and exploitation of the international labour movement model associated with high-quality vocational skills training took place between JHL Vietnam and the university. East Asia University. Attending the signing ceremony were Deputy Minister of labour - Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Ba Hoan; Chairman of the Board of Directors of JHL Vietnam Group Nghiem Quoc Hung; Chairman of the Council of Dong A University Luong Minh Sam. Attending were leaders of relevant units under the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs.

 

The cooperation and development between JHL Vietnam Group and Dong A University will create opportunities for students to be career-oriented early, in order to choose from a variety of options to participate in transfer programs for technical interns, ensure output for students to have jobs and stable incomes in the future.

 

Chairman of the Council of Dong A University Luong Minh Sam and Chairman of the Board of Directors of JHL Vietnam Nghiem Quoc Hung signed a cooperation agreement to develop and exploit the international labour mobility model associated with high quality vocational training

 

Facing to the situation of students in Vietnam lack of orientation for career development after graduation, choose jobs that are contrary to their field of study, struggle with salaries, even prolonged unemployment. With the goal of bringing international labour mobility opportunities associated with vocational skills training, sharing pressure with the university on output, creating stable jobs for graduates. JHL Vietnam Group and Dong A University have cooperated in recruiting and training high-quality labour resources to bring to the Japanese labour market.

 

Specifically, the two sides will connect training in the fields of Nursing; Automotive engineering technology; Food Technology; Information technology; Hotel, Tourism, Restaurant - food service ..., support domestic and foreign jobs suitable for majors, orient students to participate in internship programs (Internship) and work in Japan according to different forms. Engineering, Specific Skills, Technical Internships... for students to access knowledge, skills, and high technology from Japan.  

 

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Luong Minh Sam - Chairman of the Council of East Asia University said that Dong A University in Danang currently trains about 10,000 students in fields related to tourism, nursing, … With such a large number of students, he believes that the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement to develop and exploit the international labour mobility model associated with high-quality vocational skills training between the university and JHL Vietnam Group Nam today, will create great conditions to help students at the school get better outputs, access services, quality jobs, ensure income and take care of their lives. .
