Attending the ceremony, there were representatives of a number of units under the VSS, Ho Chi Minh Social Security Office, Thu Duc Social Security Office, representatives of local authorities and sponsors. The ceremony is within the framework of the program to give social insurance books and health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances launched by the VSS on November 23, 2022.
