During the presentation ceremony, General Director Nguyen The Manh and the delegation handed over 150 social insurance books and 540 health insurance cards to people facing difficult circumstances in the three districts of Quang Ninh, Bo Trach, and Tuyen Hoa in Quang Binh province. These books and cards were generously contributed by the officials and staff of the VSS.

It has now officially been organized into a large-scale program, unified from awareness to action throughout the entire system of the VSS over the years. Up to now, it has been increasingly spreading and mobilizing the deep and wide participation of officials, civil servants, employees across the entire VSS sector, as well as the involvement of the broader social community in presenting social insurance books and health insurance cards to those in difficult circumstances.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggests that in addition to the efforts of all levels of the social security agency in implementing voluntary activities to distribute social insurance books and health insurance cards, businesses in the city should continue to engage in even more practical activities to accompany this meaningful program. The goal is to support and contribute to providing social insurance books and health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances. Regarding the recipients of social insurance books and health insurance cards, Mr. Tran Hai Chau hopes that they will continue to participate in social and health insurance when they are no longer receiving assistance. He also encourages them to actively share the significance of social and health insurance policies to mobilize their relatives and communities to actively participate, ensuring a secure life in old age and access to healthcare services.

As one of the recipients of this meaningful gift, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai, a resident of Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province, emotionally shares: "My family is facing great difficulties, and in recent years, we have been burdened with illnesses and financial hardships. The program of presenting social insurance books and health insurance cards to individuals in difficult circumstances was initiated and organized by the VSS in 2020 to respond to the movement of "The entire nation joins hands for the poor - Leaving no one behind" initiated by the Prime Minister. Through this program, favorable conditions have been created for all citizens to access and benefit from social and health insurance policies, enabling the Party's and the State's social security policies to be integrated into their daily lives./.
