Accordingly, VSS Director General and Deputy Director Generals will be the head of 04 delegations to have meetings with 63 locality VSS Social Security Offices. The locality VSS Social Security Offices will be separated into 8 groups and each group will choose 01 locality to organize the meeting.

Specifically, VSS Director General will be the head of first delegation to have meeting with 13 provincal Social Security Offices in group 01 including: Ha Noi, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Hai Duong and group 02 including: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Tien Giang, Long An, Ba Ria – Vung Tau.

VSS Deputy Director General, Tran Dinh Lieu will be the head of second delegation to have meeting with 16 provincal Social Security Offices in group 03 including: Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho, Hung Yen, Vinh Phuc and group 04 including: Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La, Yen Bai, Hoa Binh.

VSS Deputy Director General, Dao Viet Anh will be the head of third delegation to have meeting with 16 provincal Social Security Offices in group 05 including: Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue and group 06 including: Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan , Binh Thuan.

VSS Deputy Director General, Le Hung Son will be the head of fourth delegation to have meeting with 16 provincal Social Security Offices in group 07 including: Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh and group 08 including: Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, An Giang, Kien Giang, Can Tho, Hau Giang, Soc Moon, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau.

The delegations are responsible for implementing solutions to update, evaluate, analyze the reasons, difficulties, obtacles in reality organizing and implementing the management collecting, expanding coverage of SI, HI, UI; implementing HI policies in localities. To supervise and speed up the implementation of solutions for collecting, debt reduction, debt recovery for payment of SI, HI and UI premiums; control costs of HI medical examination and treatment; to prevent fraud, abuse, and profiteering from funds, propose measures to manage funds safely and effectively, ensuring that people's interests are also respected./.
