Many employee benefits will also increase with base salary
The Government has just issued Decree No. 24/2023/ND-CP dated May 14, 5 stipulating the base salary for cadres, civil servants, public employees and the armed forces. From 2023/1/7, the base salary will increase from 2023 million VND to 1,49 million VND/month. Many allowances for employees under the Law on Social Insurance will also be adjusted to increase according to the base salary from July 1,8.
