Deputy Minister Le Quan said that with the desire to better perform the above tasks, and at the same time receive many comments from people and businesses related to the field of state management of ministries and branches; On the basis of applying information technology, implementing administrative reform, transparency of information, raising the efficiency of the leadership of the Ministry leaders and attached units, aiming to build an e-government. The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has directed units to actively coordinate in building the software "Receiving and handling feedback and proposal from people, businesses, voters and National Assembly deputies of the Ministry of Information System with citizens and businesses”.

The software helps people and businesses send questions and receive results quickly and conveniently; support the Ministry in directing and operating uniformly, focusing on the reception and handling of feedbacks and proposals of people, businesses, voters and National Assembly deputies publicly and transparently; connect the Ministry System with the people and businesses of the Government.

According to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, this is one of the key tasks to implement the Government's direction on a number of main tasks and solutions for the e-government development in the period of 2019-2020, with a vision to 2025; National program on the application of information technology in operations of state agencies in the period of 2016 - 2020.../.
