Several new policies have come into effect this month. The policies include increasing pension and social insurance benefits; increasing driving test fees; people are allowed to register their vehicles at temporary places of residence; and extending e-visa validity to no more than 90 days.

As of June 30, 2023, Hai Duong Social Security office has successfully guided the installation and approved the use of 108,724 VssID accounts, achieving 103.14% of the assigned plan by the Vietnam Social Insurance. Throughout the province, there have been 75,273 citizens using the Health Insurance card application on VssID to access medical examinations and treatments at healthcare facilities.
