Recently, I checked the list of companies with remaining social insurance debts compiled by the provincial Social Security Office in Phú Thọ and reported to the provincial People’s Committee. I found that this industrial development company only owes social, unemployment insurance for 7 months in 2023. However, in my electronic social insurance record, I still do not see the recording or confirmation of my work period from 2011 to 2016. Has the Hữu Nghị Cement Company (this industrial development company) paid off the debt until 2023, but why are we not recognized, and the number of years of work from 2011 to 2016 is not acknowledged in our social insurance records? Why did the provincial Social Security Agency agree to let this industrial development company leave the debt for the period from 2011 to 2016?

Normally, debts should be collected according to the ledger – Pay gradually, pay the previous debts first, and the later debts later. This way, we will never get the company to pay off that debt, and we will forever lose the benefits from 2011 to 2016. Why did the provincial Social security agency take away the work years from 2011 to 2016, depriving us of our rights? We hope that relevant authorities will review and help us resolve this issue.
