“We hope that, this is not only a material sharing but also spiritual sharing to encourage and support disadvantaged people to overcome difficulties in case of illness. They will also have chance to take part in voluntary social insurance to get retirement pensions and healthcare when they get old,” he said.

Dang Van Cuu from Xuan Truong District said he was very moved to get the health insurance cards which will not only help to take care of his health but also encourage him to focus on economic development to proactively participate in health insurance when the card expires.
