According to Ho Chi Minh City Social Security, in 2020, the number of people participating in compulsory social insurance is 2,385,539 people, reaching 100% of the plan, (down 3.97% compared to 2019); participating in voluntary social insurance of 56,348 people, reaching 100.91% of the plan (an increase of 139.13% compared to 2019); participating in unemployment insurance 2,334,294 people, reaching 100% of the plan (down 3.94% compared to 2019); Participating in health insurance 7,896,071 people, not including the armed forces, reached 100% of the plan (up 4.7% compared to 2019).
