Administrative procedures continue to decrease from 28 to 27; over 90% of units and enterprises have conducted electronic file transactions; 100% of documents sent to and from Vietnam Social Security (besides confidential and specific documents) are received and issued electronically, etc. These are outstanding results in the organization and implementation of administrative reforms in the third quarter of 2019 of Vietnam Social Security.
