Recently, Quang Nam Province’s Party Committee organised the 11th conference (of the 22th Party Committee) to evaluate, discuss, and give opinions on many contents under the Working Agenda 2023. As interest in and the use of social safety nets keep growing, countries struggle to make social safety net interventions more effective and to integrate them better in their overall social protection and labor systems.
