Vietnam always cares about the disabled workers because they are vulnerable objects in society. Based on Article 1, 2 of the Labor Safety and Hygiene Law and Article 1 of Decree 145/2020/NĐ-CP, employees are entitled to health examinations at least once a year. For FW engaged in heavy, hazardous, or especially heavy, hazardous, dangerous occupations, disabled employees, underage employees, and elderly employees, health examinations should be conducted at least every 6 months.
