Commune-level officials in the Culture and Social sector are tasked with advisory support and developing criteria for Social and Health Insurance
The government has recently issued Decree No. 33/2023/NĐ-CP, which takes effect from August 1, 2023, and stipulates regulations concerning commune-level officials, civil servants, and non-specialized individuals at the commune level, in hamlets, and residential groups. Notably, the decree includes several significant provisions regarding the implementation of Social Insurance and Health Insurance policies.
