On May 20th, at the Ministry’s Head office, Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) held the Signing Ceremony on promoting the international labour standards in Vietnam in 2021 – 2030 and Awarding Ceremony on Medal of appreciation for the Cause of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs for Dr. Chang Hee Lee, Director of ILO Vietnam. Attending the event were Minister Dao Ngoc Dung; Deputy Minister Le Van Thanh; Dr. Chang Hee Lee, Director of ILO Vietnam; Leadership representatives from the relevant units under MOLISA and ILO office in Hanoi.

Amending and supplementing Decree No. 28/2020/ND-CP dated March 1, 2020 of the Government providing penalties for administrative violations in the fields of labor, social insurance, and overseas manpower supply under contract is one of the contents of the Implementation Plan of the Convention No. 98 by International Labor Organization (ILO) on the Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining recently approved by the Prime Minister (PM).
