Important discussions took place, along with the sharing of best practices and examples of innovation. The knowledge shared will contribute to expanding and strengthening social security across the continent.

The Government has just issued Decree No. 24/2023/ND-CP dated May 14, 5 stipulating the base salary for cadres, civil servants, public employees and the armed forces. From 2023/1/7, the base salary will increase from 2023 million VND to 1,49 million VND/month. Many allowances for employees under the Law on Social Insurance will also be adjusted to increase according to the base salary from July 1,8.
