In the new journey, with the achievements during 25 years, Vietnam Social Security has set out 09 central solutions of the Industry and is determined to overcome all difficulties and successfully fulfill the assigned political tasks. Specifically:

First, continue to strive to successfully implement the objectives stated in Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW; Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW; Resolution No. 125/NQ-CP (according to the roadmap to 2020, 2021, 2025 and 2030).

Second, coordinate closely with the ministries and central agencies; Party committees, local governments and political, socio-political organizations well implement social insurance and health insurance regimes and policies; develop the social insurance industry in accordance with the country's socio-economic conditions and synchronize with the development of social services.

Third, continue to coordinate in promoting the propaganda of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws on social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance; continue to innovate in both content and form in the direction of professionalism, which in the right focus and key points; suitable for each target group.

Fourth, promote the development of participants in social insurance and health insurance, which focus on groups of subjects who are participants in voluntary social insurance and household health insurance; strive to accomplish the Party's goals, Directives and Resolutions; plans assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister.

Fifth, promote the inspection and examination of the observance of the law on social insurance and health insurance; especially specialized inspection; promptly detect, handle and propose handling of violations of regimes and policies on social insurance and health insurance; frauds and profiteering activities of the Social Insurance and Health Insurance Fund.

Sixth, continue to strengthen measures to reform administrative procedures in implementing policies of social insurance and health insurance; implement the one-stop shopping mechanism in dealing with regimes and policies under the direction of the Government; public implementation of administrative procedures with people, agencies and units; full and timely settlement of social insurance and health insurance benefits for participants.

Seventh, perfect the infrastructure, promote the application of information technology in professional activities; regularly upgrade centralized software and databases; carry out data interconnection with ministries and branches; expand the provision of online public services at level 3 and level 4; complete the national database on insurance under the Prime Minister's Decision No. 714/QD-TTg on May 22, 2015.

Eighth, continue to review, organize, consolidate and streamline clues associated with workforce downsizing, restructuring and improving the quality of the team; complete and implement the Project named "Research, develop payroll according to job positions, titles and leadership positions for civil servants and employees of the social insurance industry associated with the operation results on the principle of financial autonomy and independence out of the State budget”.

Ninth, regularly focus on improving the capacity, professionalism, responsibility, attitude, service awareness, observance of administrative discipline by the contingent of civil servants and officials, especially those who directly contact and deal with organizations, businesses, employees and the people; unite to build a modern and professional social insurance industry towards people's satisfaction.

On behalf of the leaders and public servants of Vietnam Social Security, speaking at the Conference, Deputy Minister and General Director Nguyen Thi Minh would like to express gratitude on the attention and leadership of the Party and the State, as well as the close coordination of all branches, levels, press agencies and above all, the efforts made by generations of civil servants in the whole social insurance sector. General Director Nguyen Thi Minh believes that, with the achievements of the past 25 years, Vietnam Social Security will resolve to overcome all difficulties, successfully fulfill its tasks and deserve entrustment by the leaders in the Party, the State and people./.
