Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha attended and chaired the workshop. Attending the workshop were representatives of ministries, sectors, collectives, non-government organizations, department of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs, Industrial Zone’s manager boards in some localities and enterprises.
