The forum aims to continue facilitating young intellectuals who are studying, living and working at home and abroad to discuss the vision, missions, roles and contribution capacity of Vietnamese young intellectuals in the process of national construction and development, promoting Vietnam's in-depth economic integration with the region and the world. At the same time, proposing initiatives, solutions and contributions to the Party and the State in the implementation of the country's sustainable development goals; creating a channel of consultation for the Government and the authorities to place young intellectuals on issues necessary for national development. This is also a practical and specific activity of the Vietnamese young intellectuals contributing to the content of the process of developing documents to prepare the Party Congress at all levels, towards the 13th National Party Congress.

The organizers said, attending the forum, there were 233 delegates, aged no more than 35, with Vietnamese nationality (or Vietnamese origin), of which 106 delegates were young Vietnamese intellectuals living and working in 22 countries and territories; The remaining 127 delegates are Vietnamese young intellectuals living and working in the country. Delegates have research, solutions, initiatives or practical experience consistent with the contents of the forum.

At the forum, delegates will focus on discussing and proposing solutions in four main areas: Development of high quality human resources; protect environmental resources and effectively cope with climate change; technology and management in a digital economy; improve labor productivity and ensure social justice./.
