In Q1, budget spending was VND 315 billion while total budget collection hit VND 381 billion. 

In the reviewed period, budget collection valued VND 315 billion, accounting for 26.9% of estimates, up 13.8% against the same period last year. Up to 49 out of 63 localities met estimates progress (above 24%). 

Regarding crude oil, revenue budget valued VND 12.2 billion, equivalent to 27.5% of estimates. The figure decreased 14.3% against the same period last year. 

After conducting VAT refunds (with VND 27.8 billion), State budget collection was about VND 53 trillion, equivalent to 28% of estimates, up 17.7% against the same period last year.
