Do foreign workers have to participate in health insurance scheme?
Based on the provisions in Clause 2 of Article 1 and Point a of Clause 1 of Article 12 of Intergrated Document No. 28/VBHN-VPQH dated December 7, 2020, issued by the National Assembly Office on the Health Insurance Law, Employees on indefinite or at least full three-month contracts are eligible for health insurance participation.
