What is the procedure for 'Recipient of social insurance benefits in cash changes to receive through a personal account and vice versa, or personal information changes'?
Based on point 1.1, clause 1, Section V of the Appendix accompanying Decision No. 896/QD-BHXH of the Director-General of Vietnam Social Security, the procedure for implementing this administrative procedure is as follows:
Step 1. Preparation, submission of documents: The recipient prepares documents as specified in the document composition section; submits the documents to the post office or social insurance agency, clearly stating: Personal account number (or ATM card), Bank where the account is opened; or the new location to receive monthly pension and social insurance benefits. If there is a fee for issuing the ATM card for the first time, the recipient submits a voucher to the provincial Post Office or district Post Office for payment according to regulations.
Step 2. The Social Insurance agency receives and resolves the dossier according to regulations.
