What is the procedure for “Settling allowance for teachers eligible for benefits, not yet settled under the regime from January 01, 2012, onwards according to Decree No. 14/2020/ND-CP dated January 24, 2020 of the Government”?
Based on point 10.2, clause 10, Section III of the Appendix accompanying Decision No. 896/QD-BHXH of the General Director of Vietnam Social Security, the procedure for implementing this administrative procedure is as follows:
Step 1. Document preparation and submission: Relatives of teachers prepare documents according to regulations (at the Document Composition section) and submit them to the social insurance agency where they reside.
Step 2. The social security agency receives and processes the documents according to regulations.
Step 3. Receiving the result: Relatives of teachers receive the result from the social security agency.
