The troop was organized to promote information, guideline of the Party, The State’s policy and law on social insurance, heath insurance, which confirms profound concern, guidance of the Party, Assembly and Government on social security to People.

This is a chance to improve promotion on cooperating to implement the Resolution No 28-NQ/TW Meeting 7^th, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam XII on reforming social insurance policy (Resolution 28), Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW on enhancing to protect, care and improve people’s health in the new situation (Resolution 20), which contributes to confirm high political determination on leading, directing and implementing social and health insurance policies according to the spirit of the Party’s Resolution from the Central to localities, all levels of local Party, Government; enhance the role and responsibility of Ministries, Committes, Industries, socio-politic organizations, drastically implement social and health insurance policy and law; strive to gain the target on universal social and health insurance.

VSS and Vietnam Post set the target on developing 10,000 volutary social insurance participants during and after the troop.

The troop is nationwide organized with 2 forms: online at the central site and implement respond at social security in district, commune (covid-19 prevention and control under regulation). At the same time, mobile propaganda is implemented by cars and motorbikes in provinces (the central and provinces, cities); communes, districts, provinces, cities under provine, cities (called communes) all over the nation, follows the regulations on pandemic prevention and control and traffic safety. 

On May 8, 2022, the Vietnam Social Insurance and Vietnam Post will coordinate to organize an online launching ceremony to respond to the Month of Campaign for the implementation of universal social insurance - Communicating and encouraging people to participate in voluntary social insurance. The ceremony will be organized uniformly from the central to provincial and district levels nationwide with the theme: "Social Insurance - Your and Your Family's Support."

This is stated in the Joint Plan No. 1731/KHLT-BHXH-BĐVN between the Vietnam Social Insurance and the Vietnam Post Corporation, issued on April 29, 2022.

The launching ceremony is organized to inform and communicate the Party's policies, the State's laws and policies on social insurance (BHXH) and health insurance (BHYT), thereby affirming the Party, National Assembly, and Government's deep concern, leadership, and direction regarding social welfare for all citizens. This is also an opportunity to strengthen communication about the coordination in implementing Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW from the 7th Conference of the Central Committee of the 12th Party Congress on reforming social insurance policies (Resolution No. 28), and Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW on enhancing the protection, care, and improvement of people's health in the new situation (Resolution No. 20), contributing to affirming the high political determination in leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies according to the spirit of the Party's resolutions throughout the political-social system from central to local levels, Party committees, and local governments. It will also increase the role and responsibility of ministries, departments, political-social organizations, and be decisive in implementing social insurance and health insurance policies and laws; striving toward the goal of universal social insurance and health insurance for all people.

The Vietnam Social Insurance and Vietnam Post aim to develop 10,000 people participating in voluntary social insurance during and after the launching ceremony.

Regarding the scale, the ceremony will be organized nationwide and in two formats: Online at the central level and broadcasted to social insurance offices at provincial, city, district levels (in compliance with COVID-19 prevention regulations). Mobile communication will also be carried out using cars and motorcycles at online ceremony points (central and local levels); in districts, towns, and cities under provincial jurisdiction nationwide, ensuring compliance with COVID-19 prevention measures and traffic safety regulations.
